Khaitan & Co advised JM Financial Ltd and ICICI Securities Ltd, the book running lead managers in relation to initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹7,596.00 million by Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. As per news reports, the IPO was oversubscribed by 4.48 times, with the retail investors’ portion being oversubscribed by 6.4 times, the QIB portion being oversubscribed by 5.42 times, the NII portion being oversubscribed by 1.92 times and the employee reservation portion being oversubscribed by 0.94 times. 

Khaitan & Co acted as an Indian legal counsel to Bessemer Venture Partners Trust (BVP) and Healthcare Parent Ltd, Investcorp Private Equity Fund II, Investcorp Growth Opportunity Fund, Investcorp India Private Equity Opportunity Ltd (collectively, Investcorp) in relation to proposed initial public offering of Nephrocare Health Services Ltd comprising of a fresh issue aggregating up to  INR 3,534.05 million and an offer for sale of up to 12,792,056 equity shares of face value INR 2 each.

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd and its Promoters, Sathishkumar and Anitha, on the filing of the draft red herring prospectus for its proposed initial public offering of equity shares aggregating up to INR 20,350.00 million, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers, i.e., Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Ltd, Avendus Capital Pvt Ltd, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Pvt Ltd and Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd on the filing of the draft red herring prospectus by Sahajanand Medical Technologies Ltd, for the proposed initial public offering of its equity shares, comprising of an offer for sale by investors namely, Samara Capital Markets Holding Ltd, Kotak Pre-IPO Opportunities Fund, NHPEA Sparkle Holding B.V. and certain promoter and promoter group shareholders.

Khaitan & Co advised Smartworks Coworking Spaces on its IPO aggregating to INR 5,825 million. The offer comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to INR 4450 million and an offer for sale aggregating to INR 1375 million.

Khaitan & Co advised the Book Running Lead Manager, JM Financials Ltd on the QIP of Navin Fluorine International Ltd aggregating up to INR 750 crores.
