Nephrocare Health Services Limited - Proposed initial public offering

Khaitan & Co acted as an Indian legal counsel to Bessemer Venture Partners Trust (BVP) and Healthcare Parent Ltd, Investcorp Private Equity Fund II, Investcorp Growth Opportunity Fund, Investcorp India Private Equity Opportunity Ltd (collectively, Investcorp) in relation to proposed initial public offering of Nephrocare Health Services Ltd comprising of a fresh issue aggregating up to  INR 3,534.05 million and an offer for sale of up to 12,792,056 equity shares of face value INR 2 each.
