Khaitan & Co advised Mr Rakesh Gangwal and The Chinkerpoo Family Trust on the sale of 1.96% stake, valued at approximately USD 500 million (approximately INR 4,420 crores) in InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.

Khaitan & Co advised SeedWorks International Ltd on the filing of the draft red herring prospectus for its proposed initial public offering of up to 51,970,282 Equity Shares of the Company, comprising of an offer for sale by certain shareholders.

Khaitan & Co Acted as legal counsel to the book running lead managers as to Indian law in connection with the proposed IPO by the Brookfield Group backed Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, consisting of a fresh issue and an offer for sale aggregating up to INR 52,000 million.

Khaitan & Co acted as advisor to JSW Cement Ltd (the "Company") as to Indian Law in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares of the Company aggregating up to INR 36,000 million, including a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 16,000 million and an offer for sale of equity shares by AP Asia Opportunistic Holdings Pte. Ltd, Synergy Metals Investments Holding Ltd and State Bank of India, aggregating up to INR 20,000 million.

Khaitan & Co acted as the domestic legal counsel to the Book Running Lead Managers, i.e., Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd, BofA Securities India Ltd, ICICI Securities Ltd, IIFL Capital Services Ltd, JM Financial Ltd, Morgan Stanley India Company Pvt Ltd and SBI Capital Markets Ltd in relation to initial public offering of 480,000,000 Units for cash at a price of INR 100 per Unit aggregating to INR 48,000 million by the Knowledge Realty Trust.

Khaitan & Co acted as counsel to National Securities Depository Ltd (the "Company") as to Indian Law in relation to the initial public offering(“IPO”) of equity shares of the Company through an offer for sale of up 50,145,001 equity shares by IDBI Bank Ltd, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, Union Bank of India, State Bank of India, HDFC Bank Ltd and Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India aggregating to INR 40,110.00 million. The NSDL IPO was subscribed 41.01 times.

Khaitan & Co advised Indiqube Spaces Ltd and the Promoter Selling Shareholders in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to INR 7,000.00 million comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholders. As per news reports, the IPO was oversubscribed by 2.54 times, with the retail investors’ portion being oversubscribed by 12.90 times, the QIB portion being oversubscribed by 14.35 times, the NII portion being oversubscribed by 8.27 times and the employee reservation portion being oversubscribed by 6.83 times.
