Jefferies India Private Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited and Kotak Securities Limited - Secondary sale of equity shares held by TPG Asia VII SF Pte Ltd in Sai Life Sciences Limited

Khaitan & Co advised the Brokers i.e., Jefferies India Pvt Ltd, IIFL Capital Services Ltd and Kotak Securities Ltd in relation to the secondary sale of equity shares held by TPG Asia VII SF Pte Ltd, affiliate of the TPG Group, in Sai Life Sciences Ltd, on the floor of the stock exchange by way of a block sale, for a total consideration of INR 2,800 crores.
