Anish Mukherjee is the Director – Information Technology at Khaitan & Co, bringing over 25 years of experience in designing and managing enterprise-grade technology environments. A seasoned IT leader, he specializes in cloud and on-premises infrastructure development, networking, application development using cutting-edge technologies, database management, and AI integration.
Avantika is Director – Corporate Communications and leads the Firm’s brand, public relations and communications strategy. She is based out of the Mumbai office.
Rohini is Director, Finance & Accounts and has been with the firm for over 30 years. She has been an integral part of the firm, overseeing accounts finalisation and managing international payments, project financing, and structuring payment models to streamline financial procedures. Rohini plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient payment operations within the firm
Jitu Singh Mandla is the Chief Knowledge Officer in the Firm’s Knowledge Management team. He spearheads innovative knowledge initiatives that make critical information easily accessible to our lawyers and client-facing teams. With years of experience at top organisations prior to joining the Firm, Jitu possesses a robust background and deep understanding of knowledge management and strategic consulting.
Rakesh Sirohia is a Director in the Firm’s Finance and Accounts team. He is based out of the Mumbai office. His primary role is business partnering, data analytics and reporting, process transformation within Practices.
Gaurav Agrawal is the Director of Information Technology & Security at Khaitan & Co and has been with the Firm since 2004. With over 20 years of experience, he is a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in information security, IT compliance, Microsoft server and cloud technologies, ISO 27001 internal auditing, ISMS policy development, data leak prevention, cyber liability insurance, and physical IT infrastructure.
Pritish is Director – Leadership and Rewards at the Firm and his work is focused on enhancing the Firm’s capabilities via the aspects of performance strategy, executive rewards, metrics, and organisational effectiveness. He is based out of the Mumbai office.
As the Chief Digital Officer at Khaitan & Company (KCO), Rohit is driving the technology and innovation initiatives within KCO.
His key objective is to harness cutting-edge technologies to elevate legal service delivery and optimize business operations. He works with the firm's management, cross-functional teams and legal practitioners in driving KCO's digital-first vision.
Armin is Executive Director - People Success at the Firm. She has over 20 years of core Human Resource experience and has spent over [5] years with Khaitan & Co. In her previous role, she was Head of Human Resources at Tata Securities.
At the Firm, Armin manages all aspects of HR while ensuring HR is aligned to the strategic growth and development of the Firm across all its offices. Her portfolio of key responsibilities includes talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and compensation.
