Neha Karande is an Executive Director - Client Strategy at Khaitan & Co. Neha is responsible for the Firm’s strategic initiatives pertaining to business development, client relationships, sector focus and client communication. Neha also handles select client relationships directly for all their legal needs and requirements.
Dipten is Director, Finance & Accounts and has been part of Khaitan & Co for over three decades now. He started his career in Khaitan & Co’s Kolkata office and moved to New Delhi in 1990 with the responsibility of setting up the computerised accounting system of the Firm’s New Delhi office.
Sumit Bhalotia is a Director in the Finance & Accounts team of the firm and is based in the firm’s Kolkata office. With more than 15 years of experience in taxation, finance, company law and accounting, he has been with the firm for over 9 years.
Sumit is a qualified chartered accountant, company secretary and MBA (Finance), and carries a blend of experience of having worked at both professional services firms and industrial houses in the past.
Priyancka is Executive Director – Learning & Development (L&D) of the Firm. She began her career with the Firm as a lawyer in 2004 and then moved on from practicing to heading the L&D function in 2015.
Jean Muller is a Executive Director in the Strategy Team of the firm and a member of the firm’s Management Team. He oversees the firm’s international coverage and business development function, while supporting many other long term strategic initiatives.
Gautam Chemburkar is an Executive Director in the Strategy Team of the firm. Gautam leads Khaitan & Co’s strategy on markets, sectors, communication and client relationship management.
Tina is a Chief Financial Officer of the firm with more than 24 years of experience. She has been with the Firm for over 18 years and is the fulcrum of the Firm. Tina was instrumental in introducing financial planning and financial review at Khaitan & Co. She is a part of the core management team of the Firm and heads the ‘Finance and Accounting’ function of Khaitan & Co.
Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Tina worked with Sharp & Tannan Associates in its ‘Internal and Systems Audit’ department for 6 years.
Amar is the Executive Director - Human Resources and Member - Executive Committee of the Firm, since 2015.
Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, he was Head – Human Resources and member of the Management Committee at Tata Capital. He was also responsible for the Learning & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Administration & Infrastructure and the Safety functions. He has been responsible for setting up the Human Resources function and all related policies and practices at Tata Capital since its inception.
