Pritish is Director – Leadership and Rewards at the Firm and his work is focused on enhancing the Firm’s capabilities via the aspects of performance strategy, executive rewards, metrics, and organisational effectiveness. He is based out of the Mumbai office.
Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Pritish worked as a well-respected Human Resources (HR) consulting professional and amassed a wealth of experience during his 12-year stint at Aon. He has set up solution areas, led practice lines and served as a trusted advisor to boards, CXOs and HR leaders.
He completed his MBA from the Indian institute of Management, Kolkata. Today, he is a well-known thought-leader in niche areas such as executive compensation and HR.
