Ritika Vardhan is a Counsel in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice group. She specializes in corporate and commercial transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, strategic alliances and route advisory on all aspects of Indian corporate and foreign investment laws.

Ayush Nanda is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial, M&A and Private Equity practice group. Prior to joining the Firm, Ayush was a principal associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai, working in the private equity practice area.

Harsh Khemka is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice group. Harsh has acted on various M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions, especially in the insurance sector. He has significant experience in insurance regulatory aspects and regularly advises foreign insurers in the underwriting of transactional liability insurance products.

Shashank Patil is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. He specialises in secondary capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border foreign collaborations and joint ventures, and advising on corporate, foreign exchange and securities law related legislation.

Rohan is a Partner in the Corporate practice group. Rohan has experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition advisory and general corporate advisory. He routinely works with financial sponsors and strategic investors across multiple sectors, with a special focus on real estate and manufacturing sectors. Rohan also advises underwriters and buyers of transactional liability insurance products. 

Kevin Shah is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group. He specialises in the areas of strategic M&A, joint ventures and cross-border investments across sectors.

Kevin is also a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
