He regularly advises Indian and international clients on complex cross-border transactions, regulatory structuring, and strategic investments across sectors. His expertise spans FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, sports and technology, with a particular focus on founder-led and family-owned businesses.

Srikanth Mantravadi is a Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Bengaluru office.

Megha Agarwal is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group. Prior to joining the Firm, Megha was an Associate Partner at Economics Law Practice (Mumbai).

Raveena Rai is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the Delhi NCR office and has extensive experience in civil-commercial litigations before Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Tribunals across India.
 

Shishir Vayttaden is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice group in Mumbai. With over 19 years of experience in corporate law, he specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, and frequently advises leading private equity funds, major Indian conglomerates, and Fortune 500 companies.

Sumantra is a Partner in the Corporate, Privacy and Data Protection Practice and TMT Practice of Khaitan & Co. He has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on data protection and cybersecurity laws, privacy implications of new-age technologies involving artificial intelligence and blockchain, as well as drafting of technology contracts such as SaaS agreements. Sumantra is an expert on data structuring for large conglomerates and as part of corporate transactions.
