Vinita is an Executive Director in the Direct Tax practice at Khaitan & Co, with over 19 years of experience in advising clients on a wide range of domestic and international tax matters. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, she has extensive expertise in M&A transactions, tax due diligence, cross-border structuring, business reorganisations, and complex treaty issues.

Aditya Patni is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in the New Delhi office. He has extensive experience in handling issues relating to foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, competition and other allied corporate and commercial laws.

Rabindra is a Senior Partner and a senior member in the Corporate Law Practice in the Mumbai office. He started with the firm in its Kolkata office in 1990 and co-founded the Mumbai office in 2001. He heads the Firm's IBA, France desk and Germany desk initiatives. He also sits as a Membership officer on the IBA Corporate and M&A Committee.

Supratim is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of Khaitan & Co and co-leads the TMT and Privacy and Data Protection Practice. He is widely recognised for his expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity, having advised eminent clients on some of the most complex and high-profile mandates in this space. He also specialises in corporate and commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate law advisory.
