Advised on strategic investment in Den Networks and Hathway Cable for a total consideration of USD 714 million
Acquisition of 74% stake in Gland Pharma Limited for total consideration of USD 1.09 billion approximately.
Advised on the Indian leg in relation to a mandatory offer to acquire 25% stake in Sharp India Limited, pursuant to indirect acquisition of substantial shares by the Foxconn Group and certain others for a total global deal value of USD 5.8 billion.
Advised on its proposed investment in Schneider Electric India Private Limited (‘’Schneider’’) pursuant to which, Temasek will hold up to 35% stake in Schneider which will in turn acquire the electrical and automation business unit of Larsen & Toubro for USD 2.1 billion approximately.
