Abir Sarkar is a Partner in the M&A and Private Equity practice group. Abir has experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory and routinely represents private equity firms, foreign investors and corporate clients on a range of corporate and commercial transactions.

Pulkit Chaturvedi is Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the New Delhi office.

Reshma Abraham is a Counsel in the Mumbai office, specialising in M&A, private equity, joint ventures and strategic corporate advisory. She advises financial sponsors, strategic acquirers and promoter groups on acquisitions, investments, exits and regulatory issues across a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare and life sciences, renewable energy, agri-tech and industrials.

Sneh is a Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial practice group at Khaitan & Co. She is also an independent director on the board of few companies.

Sharan Sanil is a Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Mumbai office. He advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory. He regularly advises financial and strategic investors on transactions across a range of sectors.

Stuti Agarwal is a Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial practice group. Prior to joining the Firm, Stuti was a partner at CMS INDUSLAW (Bengaluru).

Kinshuk Jhunjhunwala is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice group and specialises in cross border Merge & Acquisition and Private Equity. He is dual qualified and has worked at law firms in India and the UK. Prior to joining the Firm, Kinshuk was a partner at AZB & Partners (Mumbai).
