Advised on its acquisition of a minority stake in Aditya Birla Capital Limited, a public listed company in India
Advised on its relation to the formation of a 50:50 joint venture between GSS India Opportunities AIF Scheme I (represented by its fund manager, Bain Capital Advisors (India) Private Limited) and Brigade Enterprises Limited, to develop and manage a 2 million square feet mixed-use project, comprising of a Grade A office space and a 5-star hotel in Bengaluru
Advised on the acquisition, through its logistics-based platform Logicap, of warehousing assets from Singapore-based Xander Investment Management
Advised on its relation to a preferential allotment by Idea Cellular Limited to certain promoter group entities of the Aditya Birla Group
