Shivanshu actively advises clients on bidding for infrastructure projects as also on procurement laws in India. Shivanshu also has significant experience in corporate transactions and has represented a number of clients in domestic and transnational mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and joint ventures and corporate structuring transactions.
