Following completion of the proposed investment, Hero Solar Energy Pvt Ltd (“HSEPL”) will retain the remaining 51% equity shareholding in the Target Company.

This completes KPIL's full exit from KMTL, which now becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Apraava Energy.
