Khaitan & Co advised PricewaterhouseCoopers Services (PwC US) on the formation of a joint venture between PwC India and PwC US. The joint venture will unite PwC India's Consulting business and PwC US Advisory's India-based capabilities into a single, integrated platform to serve clients in India, the US, and around the world.  The combined platform spans the full spectrum of client needs — from strategy and transformation through technology, engineering, and AI.

Khaitan & Co advised RBL Bank Ltd (“Issuer”) in relation to the establishment of its maiden USD 1,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the “MTN Programme”) and issuance of its debut USD 350 million 5.791 % fixed rate senior unsecured notes due 2031 (“Notes”) under the MTN Programme pursuant to Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933 which are listed on India INX and NSE IX in the GIFT City. 

Khaitan & Co advised Capri Global Capital Ltd in relation to the issuance of its maiden USD 300 million 7.55% fixed rate senior secured notes due 2029 under its USD 1,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933 which will be listed on India INX and NSE IX in the GIFT City.

Khaitan & Co advised Avalon Technologies Ltd on its proposed joint venture with Zollner Elektronik AG to establish a company in India for PCBA, box-build, and system integration manufacturing.

Khaitan & Co advised Denso Corporation in connection with strategic joint venture between Sona BLW Precision Forgings Ltd and DENSO Corporation to establish two joint ventures for developing, designing, manufacturing and marketing advanced electric and hybrid powertrain systems across multiple vehicle segments.

Khaitan & Co advised Heisetasse Beverages Pvt Ltd (dba Third Wave Coffee) and its founders in its Series D funding round.
