Ashraya Rao is a Partner in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity Practice Group in the Mumbai office. Ashraya is dual-qualified in India (Advocate) and England & Wales (Solicitor of Senior Courts). With over 16 years of experience, his practice focuses on private and public M&A, private equity, cross-border transactions, strategic alliances and complex advisory on Indian corporate, securities, and foreign investment laws.

Aditya George Cheriyan is a Partner in the Capital Markets practice group in the Mumbai office.

Trivikram Khaitan is a Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Kolkata office.  His expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, foreign collaborations, technology transfer arrangements and all matters relating to FEMA, NBFC and SEBI. Trivikram handles various corporate matters and regularly appears before National Company Law Tribunal.

Rajiv Khaitan is a Senior Partner in the Firm. With a career spanning over 35 years, he heads the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in the Bengaluru office and advises clients in the defence, hospitality, technology and real estate sectors. 

Sharad is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Bengaluru office. Sharad regularly represents multinational corporations and financial investors in a range of transactions, including private and public cross-border M&A, minority and control investments, structured investments, strategic partnerships, restructurings, and quasi-equity and debt investments.

Gaurav Dasgupta is a Partner in the Real Estate practice. With over 16 years of experience, Gaurav advises some of the most reputed international and domestic clients in complex transactions.

He specializes in real estate, corporate and commercial laws, insurance laws, banking and NBFC laws and financing/structuring. Gaurav has keen interest in the debt recovery process of banks and NBFCs, liquidation process and has been involved in various matters at the DRT, implementation of the SARFAESI Act and IBC.
