Saman Ahsan is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the New Delhi office. Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Saman worked in the litigation and international commercial arbitration team of a reputed law firm, in London.

Aseem Chaturvedi is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the NCR office. He has been practicing for over a decade now and regularly appears before almost all forums starting from the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts all over India, Arbitral Tribunals, District Courts, various Tribunals and Consumer Forums. Aseem has also regularly been appointed and acting as an Arbitrator in various corporate disputes.

Shounak Mitra is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the Kolkata office. With over nine years of experience, Shounak’s expertise lies in commercial and intellectual property litigation, He has appeared before various forums, including state High Courts, the Supreme Court of India and other tribunals.
