Radhika Iyer is a Partner in Corporate & Commercial Practice. With over 20 years of experience, Radhika specialises in corporate matters including cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, collaborations, private equity and venture capital investments, exchange control regulations and other commercial advisory work. She has advised clients in the automotive, EdTech, media and entertainment and insurance sectors

Devendra Deshmukh is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Mumbai & Pune office. With over a decade in the profession, Devendra has worked with various clients on a wide range of real estate transactions. 

Shailendra is a Partner in the Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group at the Mumbai and Pune offices. With over two decades of experience working in boutique IP firms and IP teams of full-service firms, Shailendra’s expertise in IP extends to the entire lifecycle of IP (prosecutions, enforcements, contentious matters, management, and transactional work). He advises several multinational and domestic conglomerates including Fortune 500 companies.
