Sanjeev Kapoor is a Senior Partner in the Dispute Resolution team of Khaitan & Co. Nikhil Narayanan is a senior M&A partner at Khaitan & Co. with a broad corporate practice and extensive cross-border experience spanning two and a half decades in both in London and in India.

Manas Kumar Chaudhuri, an anti-trust litigator, advises Indian and overseas clients on Competition Law & Policy and related legal/regulatory issues. He has worked as the first Additional Registrar of the Competition Commission of India and was also associated with the drafting of various statutory Regulations under the Competition Act during his stay in the CCI.

Pashupati is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice group in the New Delhi office. Pashupati specialises in M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate advisory etc. He has worked on drafting opinions and advising clients on a variety of legal issues relating to general corporate and commercial laws, labour laws, FEMA, RBI related issues.

He has also represented clients in institutional arbitrations governed by LCIA, SIAC, ICC and other reputed institutions.
