Divi Dutta is a Partner in the Private Client practice group. She specialises in succession planning, trusts, wills, estates, family settlements, ring fencing of assets, family separations, family constitutions, private wealth management advisory and other structuring and servicing for high-net-worth individuals.

As the Chief Digital Officer at Khaitan & Company (KCO), Rohit is driving the technology and innovation initiatives within KCO. 

His key objective is to harness cutting-edge technologies to elevate legal service delivery and optimize business operations. He works with the firm's management, cross-functional teams and legal practitioners in driving KCO's digital-first vision.

Onkar is a Partner in the Indirect Tax practice group. With close to 12 years of experience, he specialises in advisory, investigations, litigations (across all levels), tax optimization and allied aspects apropos indirect taxes (Including GST, customs, pre-GST indirect taxes, State Excise laws affecting alcoholic beverages sector). Onkar is currently handling two of the biggest litigations in the history of indirect taxes in India.

Tanvi is a Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice at the Firm’s Gurugram office. She has over 16 years of transactional experience and advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, inbound and outbound investments, private equity buyouts, secondary sales, business and asset transfers, venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory matters.

Sukanya is a Director at KCO. She manages Corporate practice of the firm and Delhi NCR offices’ strategic growth. She was part of the team that started ARISE, KCO’s DEI initiative. She was previously a Fulbright fellow at Harvard Law School.

Shikhar Kacker is a Partner in the Investment Funds practice group in the NCR office. Shikhar has extensive experience in advising investment managers and fund sponsors on structuring and setting up of both domestic and offshore private investment funds. He has also advised several prominent investment managers in connection with the acquisition of fund management business of other leading investment managers. Shikhar is a qualified Advocate on Record, Supreme Court.

Prateek Desai is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial (Debt) practice group in the NCR - Noida office.
