Mergers and Acquisitions

Ashwin is a Partner in the Delhi office. Prior to joining the Firm Ashwin worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP for 4 (four) years in their New York and London offices.

Rabindra is a Senior Partner and a senior member in the Corporate Law Practice in the Mumbai office. He started with the firm in its Kolkata office in 1990 and co-founded the Mumbai office in 2001. He heads the Firm's IBA, France desk and Germany desk initiatives. He also sits as a Membership officer on the IBA Corporate and M&A Committee.

Monika is a partner in the Corporate M&A practice group and is based in New Delhi.

Stuti Galiya is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in the Mumbai office of Khaitan & Co. She has been a merit rank holder throughout her academic career.

Sameer Sah is Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in the Mumbai office.  Sameer specialises in the areas of strategic M&A, joint ventures, collaborations, foreign investments, private equity, and regulatory approvals for investing in India.  He also advises clients on regulatory and other issues pertaining to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail and franchising sectors.

Bharat Anand is a Senior Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group and leads the Firm’s NCR Delhi office and is also a member of the Firm’s National Executive Committee.  

Sanjay is a Partner in the Venture Capital, Tech M&A, and Fintech practice groups. Being in practice for more than 13 years, Sanjay takes keen interest in emerging technology sectors including Fintech, payments, blockchain, eCommerce, SaaS, AI, and other consumer internet / ITeS sectors, and frequently advises marquee tech companies, founders, venture capital funds, and other financial sponsors in these areas.  

Vineet Shingal is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Mumbai office. He has extensive international and cross-border experience, inbound as well as outbound, and has advised several clients on strategic acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investments, PIPEs, promoter exits and sales.

Prasenjit Chakravarti is a Partner in the M&A, Corporate and Commercial practice group. With nearly two decades of experience, Prasenjit specialises in mergers and acquisitions, including share transactions, asset transactions, business transfers, and joint ventures. He has extensive M&A experience across a range of sectors including automobile, renewable energy, chemicals, telecoms, and technology.
