Aravind Venugopal is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice group in the Bengaluru office. Aravind has advised on several large, complex and market leading M&A transactions, including joint ventures, minority and control investments and exits and contentious exits. Aravind has acted on multiple overseas acquisitions as the global lead counsel and has advised listed clients in relation to governance issues and shareholder activism. He has a special focus on financial services and insurance sectors.

Sarthak Sarin is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the NCR office. Sarthak’s practice areas include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations and general corporate and commercial advisory work across several industry sectors. He also specialises in regulatory, transactional and general advisory work in media & entertainment and e-commerce and retail sectors.

Nikhil Narayanan is a senior M&A partner at Khaitan & Co. with a broad corporate practice and extensive cross-border experience spanning two and a half decades in both in London and in India.

Sameer Sah is Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group in the Mumbai office.  Sameer specialises in the areas of strategic M&A, joint ventures, collaborations, foreign investments, private equity, and regulatory approvals for investing in India.  He also advises clients on regulatory and other issues pertaining to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail and franchising sectors.
