Khaitan & Co advised Trinity Life Sciences on Indian law aspects of its strategic multi-jurisdictional acquisition of EVERSANA’s advisory services operation in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, and specifically on the India acquisition which by way of slump sale on a going concern basis. In conjunction with the acquisition, Trinity and EVERSANA have also entered into a strategic collaboration to benefit shared life sciences clients in the region. 

Khaitan & Co advised Reliance Consumer Products Ltd in their majority acquisition of Naturedge Beverages Pvt Ltd through a combination of primary and secondary purchase.

Khaitan & Co advised TCC Concept Ltd in its acquisition of 95.18% stake in Pepperfry Ltd (“Pepperfry”), India's largest omnichannel furniture and home goods marketplace, from its existing shareholders. Pepperfry is engaged in running a well-known Indian online marketplace for furniture and house décor.

Khaitan & Co advised Systra on Indian aspects of the deal in relation to acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Ardanuy Ingeniería S.A., a Spanish company renowned for its expertise in rail systems, metro, and urban transport with branches and subsidiaries in South America, India, and the Baltic countries. The acquisition will enable Systra to strengthen its technical expertise in the field of transport systems and infrastructure and expand its footprint across Europe, Latin America, India and the Baltics.
