He specialises in a variety of real estate transactions, construction contracts and disputes / litigations arising out of such transactions and as well as from commercial and construction contracts.
Yigal’s expertise includes drafting all kinds of commercial contracts and real estate related documents ranging from lease deeds, sale deeds, leave and license agreements, development agreements, business conducting agreements, tenancy agreements, business center agreements and the like. He also has extensive experience in advising clients on succession planning, drafting wills and obtaining probates and letters of administration thereof.
