Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to the book running lead managers namely ICICI Securities Ltd, Avendus Capital Pvt Ltd and IIFL Capital Services Ltd; in connection with the initial public offering of equity shares of Atomberg Technologies Ltd, consisting of a fresh issue of Rs 450 crores and an offer for sale of up to 76,541,851 equity shares by certain existing shareholders.
Atomberg is among the first IIT-incubated, deep-tech consumer appliance startups to go public in India. Selling Shareholders includes major private equity players such as A91 Emerging Fund, Steadview, Inflexor and Jungle Ventures.
