Namastu Enterprise Pvt Ltd is a company engaged in the business of inter alia manufacturing, trading, retailing, distribution and marketing of fragrances including deodorants, anti-perspirants, and other product categories under the brand ‘Phitku’.
The Firm assisted the investor in drafting, negotiating, finalising and executing the securities subscription and share purchase agreement, the shareholders' agreement, the share purchase agreement, the employment agreements, the consultancy agreements and the contract manufacturing agreement.
