Khaitan & Co advised Temasek in its follow-on investment in CureFit Healthcare Pvt Ltd, which operates the health and fitness platform ‘Cult.fit’ ahead of its proposed IPO. With this investment, Temasek's shareholding in the company increases to ~11.88% (subject to certain other criteria).
The Firm provided end-to-end transactional advice to Temasek on all aspects including structuring, negotiation of transaction agreements, and merger control filing and approval.
