ICICI Securities Limited - Issuance of NCDs

Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to ICICI Securities Ltd (“Issuer”) in connection with its issue of 50,000 fully paid, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 5,000 million (including an option to retain over subscription of up to INR 2,500 million), on a private placement basis (“Issue”). 

The bidding for the Issue was successfully completed through the electronic book provider platform of NSE under a coupon discovery process, and the debentures were allotted on a multiple yield allotment basis. The Issue has been assigned “CRISIL AAA / Stable” and “[ICRA] AAA (Stable)” by CRISIL Ratings Limited and ICRA Ltd, respectively.
