Morgan India Pvt Ltd, Morgan Stanley India Company Pvt Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd and Citigroup Global Markets India Pvt Ltd, on the initial public offering of equity shares of Meesho Ltd aggregating to INR 54,212.04 million, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by certain shareholders, including Peak XV Partners, Elevation Capital, Y Combinator Continuity and Venture Highway Series. The IPO made a strong debut on NSE and BSE.
