Morgan India Pvt Ltd, Morgan Stanley India Company Pvt Ltd, Axis Capital Ltd and Citigroup Global Markets India Pvt Ltd, on the filing of the updated draft red herring prospectus-I for the proposed initial public offering of equity shares of Meesho Ltd comprising of a fresh issue aggregating to INR 42,500 million and an offer for sale of up to 175,696,602 equity shares.
