Following a review of your profile, we may organize interviews to understand your profile, your expectations, explain our expectations, and a technical round to assess your expertise. The last step of the process would be to speak with your personal references and then onboard you to the LexFlex platform. Once empanelled, we will reach out to you with assignments that we believe meet your schedule preferences and expertise. If it works for you, we kickstart the assignment with you.

Khaitan & Co professionals can elect to opt to join us as LexFlex consultants for their unique needs and to work from locations where Khaitan & Co does not have physical offices. Such professionals will move to the LexFlex framework, with the ability to transition to a full-time Khaitan & Co structure in the future, subject to practice needs.
