Karun specializes in matters relating to Corporate and Commercial Disputes, Contractual Disputes, Consumer and related laws, Securitisation, Insurance law, EPC Contract disputes, and has represented his clients in Arbitrations (Domestic & International) and before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and Quasi-judicial Authorities/ Tribunals. Karun is also an Advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court of India.
Karun is regularly consulted for pre-litigation and preventive advisory and is also advising foreign law firms and clients on their queries pertaining to Indian laws.Â
