Funds sponsored by Brookfield Asset Management propose to acquire hotels owned by Hotel LeelaVenture Limited (HLVL) at Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Udaipur. Further Brookfield would acquire certain brands of HLVL and take over all hotel operation business of HLVL.
