This included advising the client on separation and release agreements for senior management and drafting new employment contracts and stock option programmes for hiring of CXO level employees.
Assisted client in the transaction involving the acquisition of a majority stake by Walmart Inc. in Flipkart. This included assistance on all employment aspects of the transaction including compliance with various provisions of law.
